About Cadswift Pty
Cadswift was established in 2008 providing BIM implementation and training services; specializing in parametric BIM content. Our founder Kristian Bursell began exploiting the capabilities of parametric geometry within BIM in 2002, during his second year in the field. Kristian was drawn ARCHICAD’s GDL scripting language for the potential to create elements that could achieve many different geometric outcomes and respond automatically to settings within the virtual model. Automating the representation for deliverables was a bonus that helped justify the work to management in the early years. Now Cadswift, Kristian's own company, is known worldwide for providing the most advanced BIM content for ARCHICAD in both the “generic” and “manufacturer specific” forms. We support some of the top architectural firms around the world, with our tools at work on some of the largest ($3.5b) projects. We are working hard to evolve the BIM content process, to provide a far more effective solution for suppliers and specifiers.
