We feature Alberta’s best beef, properly aged, individually cut to order and charbroiled on our open flame grill, paired with accompaniments to match any Emperor’s feast. Traditional service - including tableside preparations, modern and classic cocktails, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list, all ensure a memorable experience. The ownership has remained with the founding family, with the second-generation now involved.
