Cahalane Bros is a family held construction firm which has been operating in the South West region of Ireland since 1953. Established by brothers Dan and Jer Cahalane the company is now lead by Jer's son Conor who have over 30 years experience in the Industry. The diverse nature of the company allows it to tackle big and small projects. We have worked in Education, Health Care, Retail, Commercial, Residential and Public sectors. We have taken on design and build projects as well as acting as a developer, giving us a knowledge at each stage from conception and financing to project completion. As one of our key skills this allows us offer added value to each project, by proposing alternatives, value engineering options and programme reductions. Our team of experienced foremen, tradesmen and operatives means we can deliver to the highest of standards. Through their skills, knowledge and can-do approach we can deliver new build projects with cutting edge components and restorations and refurbishments where an knowledge of traditional crafts and a contentious approach area required. The company is committed to the safety of it's staff and the public. We are currently working towards Safe-T-Cert accreditation for health and safety systems.
