We enable you to operate like a professional with a team at your disposal for your long term residential investment. Cal-Prop is your total solution partner. We currently employ a staff of 38 professionals dedicated to bringing you the best property management and maintenance possible. We currently manage over 1600 units including over 400 individual homes and condominiums. We are organized to work for our owners in the manner that they desire. If you are hands off or in retirement we have a program or at whatever level of day-to-day decision making and involvement you prefer we also have a program for you. Working with Cal-prop you will have one point of contact for all your questions and needs including management, tenants, accounting or maintenance issues. This person is the Regional VP of the area your property is located in. You also have a dedicated property manager for each property, who acts as a tenant liaison to respond to any tenant needs, from their first showing to their final settlement after move out. We are licensed General Contractors and Plumbers (CA number 7561226). Our in house and contract maintenance team is focused on giving you better pricing and faster service for more satisfied tenants and quick efficient turnovers to minimize vacancy and turnover time. With more than 50 owners we have been servicing for over a decade and fifteen owners for 20 years or more it is time to hire the Cal-Prop team for your property today!
