About Caledonian Plywood Company

We were founded in 1990 and have grown due to our focus on loyalty, shipping, service and quality at each price point. We have bases in Uddingston (Head Office), Leeds and Tilbury. We have a diverse product range of plywood and panel products imported from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Uruguay, and Russia all approved under the Responsible Purchasing Policy, developed by the Timber Trade Federation and audited annually by the Soil Association. More than 60% of our products are Certified FSC® or PEFC™ providing further peace of mind including our UK produced MDF, OSB and Chipboard. At Caledonian Plywood we also have 2 manufacturing sites, one in Leeds and one in Uddingston where we produce bespoke doors, fire doors and door sets as well as cut sized panels for many prestigious projects throughout the UK. Partnership is important to us and that loyalty has led to long standing relationships with key Mills, Shipping Lines and Forth Ports, where we import into and distribute from. We work with the key Ports in Tilbury and Grangemouth where we import in excess of 3000 containers per year and distribute our products from both there and Uddingston. The team has a wealth of experience to call on and aim to work with you, our customer to provide a high quality competitive product range to meet your requirements.
