About Calgary Renegades Water Polo Club
The Calgary Renegades, founded in 1985 by John Csikos, has been one of Canada’s most successful competitive high performance water polo clubs. Our current 70+ athlete membership includes Bridge, 14U, 16U, 18U, and Senior age groups. It is the stand alone female high performance club for Southern Alberta. We lead a legacy of excellence. With over 27 National and Western Canada Championship Titles, we seek to reach the top of the podium year after year. Our athletes, coaches, and officials have gone on to represent and compete for Team Alberta, NCAA and NCWP, on Water Polo Canada Age Group and Senior National Teams, overseas, professionally, and at the Olympics. We are proud to say we also have 5 Renegades in the Water Polo Canada Hall of Fame.
