About Calibration Technology
CTL was established in 2005 to provide accredited calibration services for laboratory dispensing equipment, starting initially with auto-pipettes. We received INAB (Irish National Accreditation Board) accreditation for calibration laboratories to ISO 17025:2005, Reg No. 186C in October 2007. One year later in October 2008, Eppendorf UK Ltd appointed us an authorized service centre for warranty repairs and calibration services on all Eppendorf dispensing equipment in Ireland and additionally IQ/OQ on new equipment if required. Consequently, our Calibration Scientists have completed the formal Eppendorf liquid handling course at Eppendorf AG, Hamburg, Germany covering Manual and Electronic pipettes, Dispensers, Burettes and pipette controllers On 1st November 2016, Eppendorf AG acquired CTL which will continue to be managed as wholly owned subsidiary of Eppendorf AG by its current Managing Director, Brian Kelly. This acquisition not only means we can further strengthen our existing quality reputation in the market place, but through our combined synergies, also enables Eppendorf to expand its service presence in Ireland, especially for customers in regulated areas.
