Calienté is an innovative and inventive designer and manufacturer of pad heating and mat heating style elements and heater foils for thin, “green” spot heating, including battery heaters and military thermal targets. We also offer FCH forced convection heaters, based on self regulating PTC (positive temperature coefficient), for safe efficient space/area heating. The FCH heaters are available for AC or DC input. Calienté is also the manufacturer of the FRIO line solid state, peltier based thermoelectric coolers for small area cooling and heating. These green air conditioners eliminate the need for freon or other coolants, as well as the associated maintenance, and are ideal for small to mid-sized enclosures and kiosks. We also offer the FRIO line thermostats and electronic controls for effective thermal protection, including new programmable thermoelectric controls, and high load DC relays and controls. Calienté also offers assembly services, up to and including kit build, burn-in testing and field shipment of full enclosure systems. Our SENSORE sensor line creates a sensor mat with and array of multiple sensing points over a wider area, for a more accurate picture of a system.
