We are working toward a future where school districts across California are creating the essential conditions for educators and students to engage in high-quality teaching and learning so that every child can realize their potential. Who We Work With We partner with approximately 50 California public school districts annually and remain in partnership over the course of several years. Since its inception, California Education Partners has worked with over 100 school districts from across the State of California, reaching nearly 1 out of 5 students. Who We Are We are experienced educators, district leaders and researchers working shoulder to shoulder with school and district professionals. What We Do California Education Partners brings practitioners together through ongoing collaborations with school districts, county offices of education, and universities in service of improved student outcomes. Given the tremendous demands on school districts, many well-intentioned efforts fail to establish the systems that consistently deliver coherent, high-quality instruction and learning. California Education Partners works with districts to build scalable systems, cutting through the noise to help leaders focus on what works. By turning common sense into common practice, we help leaders manage the complexities of district leadership while keeping student learning at the core. Our approach is tailored to each district's unique context because, when it comes to driving change in schools, educators working within districts are best positioned to forge lasting solutions for student success. To create meaningful change, districts also need to secure research evidence to guide their decisions. California Education Partners’ Research-Practice Partnerships (RPPs) match district leaders with education researchers at universities to explore the most pressing needs of their schools and districts.
