Since 1994, Paul Benavidez has been providing instruction in Self Defense, Krav Maga and the martial arts in the San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Dana Point and surrounding Orange County California areas. Krav Maga is a simple, effective reality-based self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios.
