About California Music Hall Of Fame
Mission Statement: The California Hall Of Fame And Museum exists to establish a museum, pay tribute to California music professionals through induction ceremonies, to facilitate our community outreach programs, develop high school music education programs, raise awareness of the Music Hall Of Fame, educate the general public about California’s musical legacy The CMHOF mission is based on an abiding conviction that music plays an integral role in the lives of all of us. Vision Statement: We envision a future where music generates greater economic, cultural, and educational benefits for all, a place where the California Music Hall Of Fame will be the world center for presentation, culture, and the future of music not only in Temecula but for the whole world. Our Immediate Goal is to establish a permanent museum to display memorabilia, instruments, photos, sound recordings, etc. for all music professionals and music lovers. Induction Ceremony: New members will be honored through induction into the CMHOF and their achievements memorialized to promote an appreciation for our rich and diverse musical culture and history. Let Her Voice Be Heard is a program for California young women pursuing a career in the California music industry. We will provide musical equipment and gear, music career development, all female vocal ensemble, and music scholarships for Southern California female high school students. Our Ambition: As a nonprofit our goal is to keep music legends in the minds and hearts of all Californians as well as propel "up and coming" artists towards Hall of Fame status by having regular events and concerts. Our Advisory Board: Our Advisory Board contains a dynamic mix of people, each bringing a different and unique perspective to the table, that guides the CMHOFM. This all-volunteer board has given a great deal of their time to launch CMHOF, and they continue to push the organization into new directions.
