Calgary's Premiere Showing Service. We are a Real Estate Assistant Service helping Canadian Realtors manage and save time. By taking all showing calls from the listing realtor, we enable them to focus more on other business-related issues. Since 2002, we have been serving Calgary realtors. We are now 250 realtors strong! Our mission is to simplify the task of showing realty. FAQs 1) Can Call To View do Touchbase requests? Yes, we will help you setup your touchbase account so we receive and process these request. 2) I have a price reduction, can you take care of these for us? Yes, we send a notice of reduction to all realtors that have shown the home in the past 3 weeks. 3) How do you communicate to my clients / vendors? We can call, email, touchbase and text your clients. 4) I have some information regarding my listing that I would like to let the showing realtors know about that have shown the home, can you handle this for us? Yes, we can send out notices to the showing realtors, advising them of any type of information you need to communicate. Call To View has 3 different types of plans. Monthly, 90 day contracts or flat rate pricing for the life of the listing. Both plans have 3 different types of service levels. Basic, Deluxe and Platinum: Basic - Call To View handles all showing requests for your listing and communicates all information to you and your client. Deluxe - Basic service with the additional service of feedback. Platinum - Deluxe service with the additional service of supplying your property owner with full access to their account online.
