Established in 2002, we are a local family business created with one purpose: to provide a welcoming, relaxed place for families to spend time together. Our Centre is the perfect place to enjoy your pregnancy, life with a new baby and young children and for those seeking health & wellness. We offer a range of quality, advanced classes, including - Pregnancy & Aquanatal Yoga, Baby & Toddler Swimming, Baby Massage, Play Classes, Postnatal Groups, Yoga & Wellness Classes and much more. Selina's Cafe is a welcoming space for pre- or post-class cakes, hot and cold drinks, lunch, snacks, and children's food. Our handmade cakes are baked on-site, and our food is made fresh. The Cafe has indoor and outdoor play areas, and we also cater for Afternoon Tea, Children's Parties, Baby Showers, and other family occasions. We hope to see you soon!
