About Camber & True Collective
Deb Sylva-Henslin formed Camber and True Collective, a relationship-based architecture and design practice, along the journey down a long, hard road – some segments curvy, some straight – a bit of camber, a bit of true. It is founded with the observation and recognition that beauty exists in and through the Camber & True in spaces, and in all our lives. At the end of 2022, she also founded a second venture, Camber and True Construction (KB-1 General Contractor AZ ROC #343060), transforming the Collective to provide the possibility of a full soup to nuts approach in the design and build-out of spaces. Collaborating with her husband, who oversees this division, they have broadened the business' capabilities and services.
