At Cambridge Helpdesk we provide IT and HR advice and support to businesses of all shapes and sizes. We're based in Ely, Cambridgeshire and the clients we support are located throughout East Anglia, London, Hampshire, Oxford and Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on being helpful and efficient and advise on all aspects of IT from setting up PC's, Laptops and Servers through to complete office relocations and website design, optimisation and hosting, Telecoms and Software Systems. In fact we pretty much cover all areas of IT and Telecoms for our clients and where we can't help directly we will research and advise on the best approach and even help choose an IT partner or supplier to work with. Drawing on more than 20 years managing and supporting major corporate and fast growth SME IT networks we specialise in breaking down the barriers of IT, helping businesses evaluate their IT objectively, plan and look to the future with confidence. Using the experience and knowledge of our HR Director Rachel King we also provide support and advice on matters of HR. Rachel has a strong background and strategic understanding of Human Resource Management, business and technical issues as well as organisational change. This knowledge is being used to enable organsations and their employees to work effectively through the implementation of coherent HR strategies.
