Cambridge Recruiters is a medical device search and placement firm. We work with start-ups, development-stage, and established medical device companies focused on minimally-invasive/catheter-based devices, class II/III implantables, and electro-mechanical instruments & systems. Most of our placements come from a close network of medical device professionals we’ve placed multiple times over the years. Recruiting Focus Job Function: R&D; Manufacturing; Quality; Clinical/Regulatory; and Sales/Marketing. Level: Engineers, Managers, Directors, VP’s, Technicians. Status: Full-Time Permanent; and some non-exempt hourly/contract positions. Candidates We create lasting relationships by taking a real interest in your career. We look for hands-on contributors & dedicated leaders with a proven track record of developing devices from concept to market. Client Companies We take extra time to learn about your business, and your device(s) to help identify candidates’ with similar background who will hit the ground running!
