Mission focused training ensures complete education experience Flexibility in training environments and scope to meet unit objectives • Austere 4WD Vehicle Operations (CAMAVO) Utilizing either our fleet of four-wheel drive, or unit provided specialized vehicles, students will learn to operate in mountain, desert and/or jungle environments. This course covers all aspects of mobility including driving, logistics, navigation, recovery, field repairs and maintenance. • Winter Mobility and Survival (CAMWIN) Adding winter weather to the challenge, CAM courses can include not only four-wheel drive vehicles, but also snowmobiles, snowshoes and skis to ensure mission success in any terrain. Additionally, students learn avalanche awareness and safety best practices in the winter environment. • Jungle Advanced Mobility and Survival (CAMJAM) Heat, humidity, rain, mud, and ruts are part of the experience when we utilize four-wheel drives, UTVs or motorcycles in the jungle environment. CAM has access to jungle terrain in CONUS as well as Costa Rica and Panama. • Austere Horseback Operations (CAMAHO) When motor vehicles are not an option, CAM offers austere horsemanship skills. Whether a novice or experienced rider, CAM ensures students gain competency riding, horse packing and running pack strings in extreme environments. • Austere Motorcycle Operations (CAMOTO) CAM instructors provide students with decades of experience to ensure motorcycle skill development including riding, navigation, recovery, and repair. Courses can be applied in any environment including desert, mountain, and jungle terrain. • Shallow Water Mobility (CAMSWM) This specialized course prepares students to operate in a swamp or bayou, where mobility is limited to shallow water vessels.
