It was formed in 2024 when London based Cameron Barney joined forces with Frankfurt based Herbst Hilgenfeldt Partners to serve clients in the European growth infrastructure and telecoms sectors. It is a partnership of highly experienced corporate finance professionals, drawn from leadership roles in the world’s largest investment banks with deep sector expertise, worldwide networks and a culture of excellence. We support our clients throughout their corporate lifecycle, from early growth financings to add-on acquisitions and joint ventures, to value-maximizing exits. We work with public and private companies on complex transactions, including spin-offs, carve-outs and take-privates. We work with SME clients, large corporates and financial investors on the buy-side and sell-side of minority and majority transactions. A key focus is advising founder-led companies on private capital raising and orchestrating successful exits for founders and venture/growth capital-backed companies. In addition to our primary advisory and capital raising activities, our UK office currently co-managing part of the UK Digital Infrastructure Investment Fund (DIIF), actively investing in the next generation of internet delivery. In terms of sector focus, we specialise in the next generation of infrastructure, telecoms, software, natural capital, and real estate.
