We are a Newham-based creative engine transforming culture and climate with community-first storytelling and performance. We partner with councils, artists, NGOs, and funders to produce national-impact public art, archives, and performances—powered by lived experience. Mission: Cameye Arts CIC delivers bold, participatory storytelling projects that centre heritage, queer identity, and climate justice—activating social change through art. Major Projects: Footprints of Love: A 2-year National Lottery Heritage Fund initiative co-creating a living LGBTQ+ archive—including oral histories, film, walking tours, exhibitions and digital formats—to celebrate queer lives in Newham. CLIMACTION – A Performance for the Planet: A live, site-specific climate narrative, co-developed with students, artists, and activists to drive environmental awareness and collective action.
