About Camp Associates

Chris and BettyJo met while serving in the Marine Corps, they happened to be attending a mutual friends birthday party in Okinawa, Japan. After their time in the service, they relocated to Oklahoma where Chris began training as an apprentice lineman, while attending college in the evenings. Shortly after graduating, Chris began working for a major auxiliary equipment manufacturer for the gas turbine OEM’s, this equipment included air filtration houses, inlet systems and full exhaust systems as a Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager, covering the Southeast. Chris absolutely loves to hit the road and visit every power plant that he can. Together they enjoy helping customers with their needs, no need is too big, and it is never too small. The feeling Chris gets when walking back to his vehicle after a visit with one of their customers, is still as great of a feeling today as it was when they started in 2016. While Florida is home for Chris and Jo, they can be found from traveling to power plants all over the Southeast, keeping up with the great relationships while working as a regional aftermarket sales manager. The message that Chris and Jo would like everyone to know about them and Camp Associates, is that they are just two regular folks working hard to navigate the daily struggles of life and understand that their customers are doing the same thing, anything that they can do to help in that, both professional and personal, that is what they love to do, no thrills or gimmicks, just old fashioned helping one another because it is the right thing to do. Camp Associates partners are great organizations with many years of experience in Power Generation. These organizations have the same values as Camp Associates, and all are organizations where Chris can pick up the phone and talk to the correct person of each one to ensure their customer needs are meet; this is something that Camp Associates is proud of and will not compromise on.
