About Camp Challenge
Youth development is a journey that all young people go through and the key to promoting positive development is the planning of quality experiences. Here in CAMP CHALLENGE, we facilitate character development through our high impact and values-centric outdoor adventure learning programmes, helping youths grow with the right attitude and social skills. We are also a registered social enterprise and a portion of our revenue is directed towards subsidized programmes for under-privileged youths and subsidized campsite facilities rental to youth organizations. In our programmes, Challengers experience Change when they encounter new ideas or experience a shift in thinking. While Adapting to these changes, this process creates growth opportunities which they Master by internalizing the learning points. This new knowledge is then used to Plan for the future. Learning is a life-long journey. As Challengers grow, they will encounter more Changes that require them to continuously Adapt, Master and Plan.
