Camp For Kids & Adults was founded 3 years ago with a vision of creating a quality service that supports individuals with a disability and their families. Our broad range of services ensures that we cater to people with complex intellectual, physical, multiple disabilities and ensure that they are continuing to build their capacity for day to day living. We accommodate families that are plan and self managed across the greater Melbourne region with services such as in home care, daily life tasks/skills, self care, accessing community, social and recreation activities and many more. VALUES CARING – Our staff are kind, CARING and willing to do what’s in the best interest of the individual to warrant they feel safe and well taken care of. ACTIVE – We are ACTIVE role models in the community to help the individual develop an awareness of how to engage in the wider community setting. MOTIVATING – Our diverse programs aim to provide interest based activities that MOTIVATE each individual to participate and enjoy themselves while building on their knowledge, skills and friendships. PASSIONATE – Our team members are PASSIONATE about building rapport with individuals and their families to guarantee they feel trusted and supported when undertaking tasks and being out in the community.
