Campo y Tierra S.A & Jerte Fruit S.A are two companies whose activity is the producing, processing and commercialization of high quality cherries and other fruits and vegetables such as organic asparagus, plums, apricots and chestnuts. We produce professionally with the principles of integrated production, global G.A.P and Tesco Nurture. We choose the best varieties cherries in accordance with customers and markets likes and needs and we apply the latest technologies in crop management and post-harvest innovation in order to keep our products in optimal conditions and fresh for a long period of time. We have a visión laser system that allow us to identify internal damages in our fruit that are not visible at a glance avoiding therefore, the premature deterioration of our fruits and lengthening the freshness and quality of them. We satisfy the quality standards and the highest specifications, under conditions of complete safety, offering our customers the best quality and efficient service. Our company cooperates with the most advanced research centers to develop new technologies, farming tecniques, materials and pack/house management systems to shape a business models that relies on control of all processes, continuous improvement the training of our employees and social responsability. CAMPO Y TIERRA & JERTE FRUIT, have more than 305 hectares of own production and another 280 hectares from associated profesional farmers that are working in the same terms than us and advised by our technicians.
