Who We Are CampusWorks is a nationally recognized developer and builder of student housing apartments communities. Since its founding in 1999, CampusWorks has experienced extensive growth, with a portfolio of 11,500 beds in Acquisition, Development & Construction in excess of $300 million. Additionally CampusWorks has a joint venture ownership interest in 5,835 beds in 10 markets. Where We Are Our projects include off-campus acquisitions, development and construction at University of North Carolina, North Carolina State University, Duke University, Clemson University, Auburn University, Winston Salem State University, Georgia Southern University and the University of Texas. We continue to pursue student housing opportunities and joint venture partners to add to our growing portfolio. CampusWorks provides its specialized development and full service general contracting services from its headquarters based outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
