Under the leadership of our Head Coach - Cameron Hughes, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, energetic and friendly training and learning environment. Indoor training Our indoor training is conducted via Zoom using your own bike, trainer and virtual platform to help you achieve your goals. Indoor sessions provide the cyclist a safe training environment while improving strength, power, speed, endurance and cadence. Outdoor training If you prefer the wind in your hair and the sun on your face then our coached outdoor sessions are just for you. Departing from local areas as per the outdoor ride calendar Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – Sunday we have a variety of options to suit Beginner through to Advanced cyclists. Memberships vary to suit your needs!
