At Camsol, we promote social and technological sustainability on a global scale by supporting people and businesses through affordable, innovative and excellent IT solutions and consulting services. While the European market has long been characterised by a shortage of IT professionals, promising young talents from countries like Cameroon often search for work in the tech sector in vain. Camsol is the bridge: We cooperate with universities from the Global South, train young IT professionals for free and qualify them for projects of our European customers. In a creative international team of Camsolions we develop excellent IT and IoT solutions for you! We promote innovation in Germany as well as in the countries of origin of our Camsolions by supporting startups in their foundation and strengthening the respective markets. So far, we have jointly realised unique innovations with @GasVisor or @Repareo in Germany, among others, and in Cameroon with @Check Me, for example. Through our actions, we achieve our goal of contributing to a self-determined life where there is room for perspectives and dreams. We counter the shortage of skilled workers that exists here with skill, ingenuity and creative energy and offer our IT talents a secure, well-paid job. Camsol operates as a multinational company based in Munich (Germany) and Buea (Cameroon) and implements innovative concepts with a special focus on social impact and the promotion of young talents.
