For over 20 years, spanning 11 Olympic and 11 Paralympic Games, CAN Fund has been a driving force, helping to make dreams achievable for the best athletic talent in Canada. Many Canadians are surprised to learn that most athletes representing our country go into debt to train and compete. 905 athletes from 68 summer, winter, and Paralympic sports recently applied to CAN Fund for direct financial support. Receiving the CAN Fund Call, which grants $8,000 to each successful CAN Fund recipient, means they can better afford the resources and opportunities needed to help them on their journey. This includes new equipment, coaching, travel to training camps and competitions, nutrition, physiotherapy, and basic living expenses. When you donate to CAN Fund, it's personal.
