Can We Talk, founded by Georgia Murch, is dedicated to creating places where people love being at work. Where people gladly hold themselves, and each other, to account. Where people put their best efforts towards achieving greater goals, not just filling a role. We do this through our culture programs and through delivering bite sized chunks of pragmatic, engaging and fun learning experiences. WE ARE FOR PEOPLE AND AGAINST DYSFUNCTION. As a result we remove the obstacles that get in the way of building elite teams. We focus on; - Minimising the people dynamics, so we can do great work - Building a healthy relationship to conflict to tackle difficult stuff well - Leaning into feedback, no matter the person - Growing self awareness, so people taking responsibility for their impact - Build a culture of accountability, no matter what role we hold - Improving how we implement our strategic plans to make sure we meet them WE DON'T JUST TRAIN. WE EMBED. We don't think people need more learning. They need better habits. So we focus equally on building capability AND creating the systems for it to stick. That means our leaders walk the talk and we create a culture of accountability. No matter what role we hold. We are committed to growing teams and workplaces in bite sized chunks to create permanent habits. WE CREATE WORKPLACES WHERE PEOPLE LOVE BEING AT WORK This means we are not for everyone. We will respectfully challenge and agitate how things are done. We will hold our clients to account. And importantly, we are human so we will have fun along the way. WE WANT P&C LEADERS TO HAVE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT IN THEIR WORK Georgia Murch facilitates a club for people and culture leaders across Australasia. It's called the P&C Circle. It's a place to have conversations that matter, with a community that inspires to create cultures that people love.
