About Canadian Armenian Alumni Association

We are a group of Armenian graduates from Canadian institutions hoping to provide a platform to those who have graduated and are looking for a safe place to come together without any consideration of political and social orientations. » Our Mission • To provide a non-partisan inclusive platform for Canadian Armenian alumni to self-organize and participate in Armenian initiatives, thus developing community bonds. • To assist Armenian Student Associations (ASAs) across the Canadian provinces and offer them a transitory space upon becoming alumni. » Our Vision • To be the unifying platform where Canadian Armenian Alumni of diverse perspectives can apply their efforts towards the Armenian cause in whichever project they believe in most while supporting all ASAs across Canada in the process. » Our Values • Inclusivity We, as members, pledge to respect other members regardless of their political affiliation, beliefs, gender, and sexual orientation. An open-minded mindset should be applied at all times among members. • Collaboration We, as members, pledge to take the role of either partners, advisors, or mentors when working with other organizations, committees or Armenian Student Associations. We seek to collaborate to the extent possible, rather than impose our ways. • Grassroots We, as members, pledge to rely on and empower Canadian Armenian Alumni community voices, who will be the primary drivers of decision-making. Resources will be allocated to the extent possible to support community initiatives.
