About Canadian Association of Optometry Students (CAOS/ACÉO)

The Canadian Association of Optometry Students/Association canadienne des étudiants en optométrie is an international student organization representing over 500 Canadian Doctors of Optometry students in Canada, US and Puerto Rico. It was first established in 1990. Our goal is to enhance the learning experience of the next generation of ODs and prepare students and create awareness on issues and challenges in the profession. CAOS exist to build and maintain a strong relationship between students and ODs, as well as harvest connections among its existing alumni.
