We know how busy students can be, so many of our properties include high-speed private internet networks, fully furnished bedrooms, in-suite cleaning and utility packages. Our staff clean touchpoints, elevators, stairwells and garbage chutes multiple times a day, while our maintenance teams perform in-suite work orders and preventative maintenance on building mechanics daily.
