Fighting cancer is no joke. That’s why it’s called a battle. And like any battle, it helps to have a plan. If chemotherapy has depleted your energy and destroyed your appetite, Cancer Champions has the program you’ve been looking for. CC bridges the gap between home and hospital, providing fitness videos tailored to virtually every level of ability while keeping the unique needs of cancer patients in mind. From 5-minute seated stretching workouts to 30-minute high intensity interval training sessions, we are constantly expanding our digital library. Of course, no program is complete without an anti-cancer diet. Whether your cancer is active or in remission, there are foods to eat and foods to avoid. The CC recipe database is based around oncology nutrition, with hundreds of snacks, drinks, and main meals you or your loved ones can make at home. Fighting cancer can also be lonely. That’s why we added a mindfulness aspect to our membership, such as guided breathing and meditation practices coupled with weekly social media events like Mindful Monday and Wellness Wednesday to bolster our cancer support community. CC caters not only to individuals, but to institutions as well. We look forward to partnering with hospitals and medical groups to build programs that help improve their patient’s outcomes. As a non-profit, we accept donations to provide free memberships to those in need. It is our ultimate goal to help warriors like you navigate your prognoses and improve your overall quality of life.
