About cancer kiss my cooley (CKMC)

Our founding mission is to create special moments and lasting memories for families living with pediatric brain tumors through our Kiss of HOPE® program. In 2018, we expanded our mission to include funding of brain cancer clinical research trials at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In October, 2023 we relocated our organization to The Woodlands, TX, servicing the Houston area. Founded in 2011, cancer kiss my cooley® was a Huntley, IL based 501(c)3 charitable organization, now based in The Woodlands, TX. Our Board of Directors are dedicated to raising community awareness towards pediatric brain tumors. CKMC® grants Kisses of HOPE, which are special moments or experiences tailor made for the patient and their family. We receive our Kiss of HOPE referrals aged 0-21 years old through our established partnerships. We are partnered with the local Houston area children’s hospitals. In 2023 we continue to operate as a 501(c)3 charitable organization based in The Woodlands, TX. ⠀⠀⠀ Our future objectives are to create the same types of partnerships we had in the Chicago area with hospitals servicing pediatric brain cancer patients in the Houston area providing special moments and lasting memories through our Kiss of HOPE® program. Once established we will continue to provide funding towards brain cancer clinical research trials.
