About Cancer StrongHER

Cancer StrongHER is a nonprofit corporation empowering female survivors of ALL cancers through a free and fun fitness and active lifestyle program. Cancer StrongHER helps female survivors of all cancers "find their fight" through free classes ranging from fitness boxing to yoga. The fight against cancer does not stop with the last drip of chemotherapy, the last zap of radiation, or the last stitch from surgery and neither should support for these women. Multiple studies show survivors can lower cancer recurrence rates by remaining active, therefore it is Cancer StrongHER's mission to support survivors on their path back to a stronger body and a healthy, active lifestyle.
