Our mission is to connect transitioning military veterans and military spouses with qualified interview coaches for personal practice job interviews – so you can Nail That Interview. We are a nonprofit and we work with transitioning military, veterans and military spouses at no cost to them. We understand that as a veteran, you have to take life-changing military experience, explain it to hiring managers, and make an awesome first impression. We also know this is easier said than done for someone who hasn’t been in the business world or had a job interview before. Landing a Job Means Nailing The Interview: Multiple practice interviews and feedback strengthen your “job interview muscle” providing step function growth and get you closer to landing your job. Practice makes the difference Our interview coaches will conduct realistic, live practice interviews to help you build comfort and confidence in an interview experience. Live One-on-One Practice Our interview practice is all done over live video in a one-on-one setting with one of our experienced interviewers. We create a realistic interview environment to help you become familiar with the interview experience. Personal Feedback is Essential Each interview session culminates with a personal feedback session. Your interview mentor will tell you where your strength spikes are and where you have areas to practice and grow. Be sure to ask questions!
