CANTIERI MAGAZZÙ is a leading player in the luxury maxi-RIB sector, with a tradition of excellence that dates back over 60 years to Alfredo Magazzù and his “Alicudi” motorsailer, of which over 140 units were built. Key products include the patents and design of the “Monostab” (a single hull stabilised by a special fin system, 36 m, 350 passengers, speed 35 knots) for CANTIERI RODRIQUEZ, the design of a 21 m motor-yacht for CANTIERI BAGLIETTO and the more recent design of the “Surfing TRIS 75”, a 75 m “Fast Ferry” carrying 600 passengers and 150 cars at a speed of 50 knots. In the aeronautical field, the Yard has undertaken various R&D projects for a new seaplane model in collaboration with AERITALIA and DORNIER. CANTIERI MAGAZZÙ’s maxi-RIBs enjoy a reputation for high quality, innovation, sophisticated design and seaworthiness, as well as being admired as jewels of the art of boatbuilding, with a focus on fine detailing and customer satisfaction. The range currently includes the M-GT, MX-11, MX-13, MX-14, M-16, MX-16 and M-18 models, with lengths ranging from 9 to 18 metres. The M-16 and MX-16 were designed with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly materials and construction techniques that reduce environmental impact.
