Cantina Royal Hot Sauce is a bold, small-batch CPG brand born from the kitchen of a Brooklyn restaurant. Founded by Latina entrepreneur Diana Beshara and Executive Chef Julio MM, our sauces blend culinary craft, cultural roots, and shelf-ready manufacturing — with zero shortcuts. Julio is a 25+ year culinary veteran, a true flavor wizard and chile whisperer, whose work bridges traditional Mexican flavor architecture with inventive, high-impact sauces. What started as in-house condiments at our restaurant became a cult favorite line, now featured on Hot Ones™ and available via retail, e-comm, and foodservice. Unlike most hot sauce brands, we self-manufacture every bottle at our NY-licensed facility, built from the ground up without outside capital. This is how we protect the integrity of our flavor, process, and values. We also offer small-batch co-packing and private label production for emerging CPG brands, providing founder-to-founder support with culinary edge.
