About Canwest Aerospace
CanWest Aerospace is one of Western Canada's busiest independent MRO shops. We complete much of the overhaul work for many of the major parts distributors that are located throughout North America. We stock almost every part in exchange form, for the Bell 206, 204, 205, 212, 412 as well as overhaul capability of most Bell components. Our S61 inventory is probably one of the largest outside of Sikorsky. We are the largest independent cargo hook and hoist overhaul shop in Canada supporting every Bell, Sikorsky and Eurocopter model produced. Full structures capability, both metal and composite, maintenance, component overhaul, avionics, as well as a full instrument shop all combine to create a truly unique service center for your aircraft. Our main base is near Vancouver, Canada but our crews are available to travel anywhere in the world our services may be required. We have supported aircraft all over North and South America, Australia, Thailand, Middle East, Europe and the UK. Whether an AOG repair or major rebuild, our shop or yours, our customers have that choice.
