About Canyons Education Foundation

The Canyons Education Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 public charity that works in tandem with community and business partners to build support for public schools and to advance the Canyons School District’s mission to help every student become college-and career-ready and find a meaningful purpose in life. With your support, we can prepare the next generation of scientists, engineers, teachers, lawyers, nurses, architects, doctors, construction workers, artists, architects, and mathematicians. We want to fill the STEAM talent pipeline in Utah, as well as our nation. To the end of creating an unparalleled support system for our students, faculty and staff, the Canyons Education Foundation, overseen by a volunteer board with staff assistance from the Administration, cultivates ideas, motivates participation and encourages direct monetary and in-kind contributions from individuals, businesses and community organizations. By fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, the Canyons Education Foundation successfully generates and allocates resources to enhance the District’s academic platform. The officers of the Foundation are passionate about developing and executing school improvement initiatives, awarding grants and scholarships, and assisting the Canyons District in creating new education-based programs. We firmly believe that our efforts will ultimately lead our 33,000 students to reach their fullest potential and be successful contributors to society.
