We believe growth can be regenerative, supportive, and believe it or not, even enjoyable. After years of status quo 'change management' and being told 'growth is always painful', we asked ourselves, 'Is it really? Or are we just doing it the outdated way?'. Turns out both change and growth can be both lucrative and enjoyable, while not needing to burn out human resources (or the planet's). Capacit³y is an agency, an accelerator and a network hybrid that is at the frontier of the purpose-led economy, where we work with companies and individuals who are breaking ground in a new age of business growth, community building and regenerative systems design. It all starts with a more human approach. Speaking with humans as people rather than as consumer data points, transitioning away from 'shouting at people to buy' towards engaging them on their level and 'generating community love'. We have spent the last decade working with our client’s brands and our own brands simultaneously, on countless products, services and with leaders from all over the world. We have distilled all of our experience into a 3 phase methodology, that is easy to explain and easy to implement. The 3Ts - Transition, Transform and Transcend are used to outline the core functions of growth and our core beliefs in 'how to best get the job done' in the most efficient and effective way possible. Transition: We deep dive into all processes and resources to uncover any current growth blockages, via a series of strategic workshops with you &/or your team. Transform: We implement all of the learnings from the first phase and begin to update processes, tools, softwares and structures that are relevant to meet your desired goals for the looming expansion phase. Transcend: The foundation to be able to cope with growth (without chaos) has been laid in the first two phases, It is now time to set the flywheel in motion. Sustainable growth, in a thriving, structured manner is best for everyone.
