At Capacity Health, we are committed to helping you achieve a state of vitality and have developed an approach that allows us to address the underlying cause of you health concerns. Part of that process is to empower people with information to help them sustain healthy lifelong habits. The Clinic provides three key health disciplines: Chiropractic; Health Coaching including Naturopathy, to facilitate health behavioural changes; and Physical Therapy including Remedial Massage and Myotherapy.
