About Capacity Path
We provide crisis response teams and training workshops to rebuild capacity and resilience in individuals and communities affected by catastrophic events. We do this through our extensive network of skilled mental health, social work, and functional medicine board certified coach professionals working in advanced community crisis stabilization methods and trained in cultural competency for the agency or community they are serving. Working with survivors, first responders, secondary responders, public agencies, businesses, and government, we exist to cultivate a culture of thriving in the face of life’s challenges. We offer programs for capacity building, resiliency training, recovery fitness/bodywork, and private coaching. By the nature of our work, our programs adapt to the disaster scenarios presenting at the time of the incident or stage of recovery. Our teams are trained in fundamental concepts of dealing with psychological and physiological trauma, short term crisis counseling, post-disaster damage control, trauma-informed-care exercises for personal recovery, and advise on the community resources available to support ongoing wellness and thriving. We get in your corner to work the problems facing your organization - We know that organizations providing community services, such as case management, behavioral health, disaster relief NGOs and LTROs face an infinite laundry list of challenges and changes regarding life prior to the incident. We have your back. Our clients benefit from having experienced emergency management trained staff on call to assist in developing community emergency, continuity, and resilience plans for effective. efficient, and speedy recovery. We've assisted organizations with disaster-related program design and business process redesign, in alignment with their mission, vision, values. We help get YOUR projects off the ground and geared up to be resilience and future facing. Our non-profit partner is Capacity Path Relief, 501c3
