Cape Advisory provides highly personal corporate advisory services to corporations and businesses generally with gross trading revenues up to $100 million. We are merger & acquisition and corporate finance specialists, however also provide various other corporate solutions. We seek to simplify the complexities of corporate transactions, and minimise the potential impact of any risks or conflicts that can arise. This provides our clients with additional time to focus on their business, whilst giving them high confidence in the management of corporate activities. Despite many of our engagements being bespoke in nature, we seek to develop long-term relationships with our clients, and often soon become a confidant of Directors or Executives. We seek to thoroughly understand their business and industry. We are often referred clients from law firms, accounting firms and financiers, and productively collaborate and communicate with these various stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. We undertake our engagements in a highly contemplative manner, providing a high level of care and compliance. We see ourselves as a high value adding firm providing quality corporate advice and services, that is both cost effective and compelling for our clients.
