About Cape Breton Food Hub

The Cape Breton Food Hub makes it easy to get local food from producers to consumers. We provide the infrastructure and distribution to link over 50 food producers with households and restaurants across the island. Each week our producers list their products, and consumers order on-line between Friday and Monday. On Thursdays, consumers receive home delivery or pick up their fresh items from one of our centrally located hubs, depending on where they live. We also engage in educational and social activities to build a more resilient and connected community around food!
