Through many years of work serving the San Antonio, Texas community, Mr. Davila was able to grow the company adding employees and equipment as the demand for electrical services grew. In 2002, Mr. Davila obtained the Small Business Administration 8a classification for the company which provided new government contracting opportunities through the numerous Department of Defense Installations in San Antonio, Texas. In early 2013, HJD Capital Electric, Inc. recognized potential branding categorization with the company name. The name HJD Capital Electric, Inc, could be recognized as a purely electrical company and limited our opportunities. In response to potential name recognition limitation, the company created two separate divisions, CAPITAL Construction and CAPITAL Electric. To date, public and government sector response has been well received. Today, CAPITAL is a thriving company with the staffing, resources, and capabilities to manage projects valued over $30 million on an annual basis and has a bonding capacity of $70 million which can easily be increased should contract or task order awards requirements increase. CAPITAL provides electrical, mechanical, general construction and construction management services in addition to 24-hour Plumbing & Electrical Service / Maintenance.
