Created in January, 2014, Capital Court Authority has quickly become the largest private probation and judicial drug testing companies in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Besides providing a standard set of probation monitoring services for courts such as insurance monitoring, community service monitoring, and requirements not to obtain any new charges during a probation term; CCA is a leading provider of drug collection and testing services in the industry. We provide urine, hair and oral mouth swab collections and utilize the cutting edge services of AverHealth for the most accurate and up to date testing analyses in the industry. Approved by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts to provide drug testing for PreTrial Services in multiple counties. CCA has partnered with BI Corporation technologies to provide electronic alcohol and GPS monitoring solutions for clients ordered to complete sentences in home incarceration. CCA also provides electronic solutions to prevent certain clients from being in the same location as certain victims of domestic violence and abuse, while also immediately notifying said victims if a client with a GPS bracelet is approaching their location. CCA provides traditionally ordered SCRAM continuous alcohol monitoring ankle bracelets that read constant alcohol presence in their bodies through transdermal technology. CCA also uses the latest in alcohol monitoring with the Real Time Breath Alcohol system. A client blows into a handheld device multiple times per day as the device takes a picture of the client and sends an immediate notification to our staff of violations. CCA provides drug testing solutions for a number of private companies, large and small, at economical rates and with quick results as time is of the essence in knowing whether a candidate for a position, or a current employee has non-prescribed or illicit drugs within their systems.
