Capital General Contracting LLC was created in February 2023 by founding partners Shaun Knode, Brent Kaslow, and Steve Knode. Between these three, they have over 75 years of related construction experience and have built hundreds of projects that total over a million square feet of building area, with wide ranging material types, complexities, and end uses. Capital was created to meet the ever-growing commercial building needs in the Rochester, MN area, with an emphasis on meeting customer expectations by building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality results. As the leader in design/build construction, Capital partners with the best architects, engineers and subcontractors, and builds our team specific to your project’s unique requirements. Once a project team has been selected, Capital acts as your trusted advisor throughout the process, taking into consideration project requirements, material usage, value engineering opportunities, and budgets.
