Capital Home Care has been providing superior home care services, in Maryland and Virginia to help seniors and those in need, live independently in the comfort of their own home. Planning for care at home can be overwhelming. We understand patient challenges and develop a Personal Care Plan that is convenient for the patient or the patient's loved ones. We provide our services at home, on-site at hospital, nursing home, rehab center or an assisted living facility customized as per the patient's needs. It is priceless for seniors to be living at home with dignity, aging gracefully, being assured of the basics, feeling secured, safe and comfortable. Our compassionate Caregivers can help patients achieve all that conveniently, putting them at ease and giving them the peace of mind they deserve. A ‘Plan of Care’ is customized by our Registered Nurse to suit the patient's needs and administered by our friendly, compassionate and efficient Caregivers. Our qualified Caregivers are carefully selected by a screening process of interviews, criminal background checks and reference checks to ensure patient safety and comfort. Furthermore, we nurture warmth and compassion as primary qualities in our Caregivers on an ongoing basis. We provide state sponsored personal care and companionship services to eligible Medicaid recipients as well as Private pay clients.
