About Capital House Australasia

Since its inception in 1990, Capital House Australasia has provided project management and civil and structural engineering services for a broad range of building and infrastructure projects in Australia and South East Asia. These include residential projects, commercial centres, theatres, cultural heritage projects, high-rise and retail buildings, stadia, performing arts centres, agribusiness infrastructure, numerous education facilities, a wide range of industrial facilities such as warehousing, distribution centres, cold storage, workshops, truck wash, mining process plants and civil engineering structures such as bridges, tanks, towers and multi-story car parks. Located in the heart of the Perth CBD in Western Australia, our objective is to customise our service to meet each customer’s particular needs either by supplementing its in-house capability or by providing an independent team to address specific projects. Our internal management systems are attuned to communication and electronic file sharing with people or organisations that work in other geographical locations. Our staff are able to mobilise to remote country or international destinations at short notice.
