Capital Letters is a socially responsible, commercial only not-for-profit, owned by London boroughs, working with ESG investors, London boroughs and housing partners to find solutions for homelessness. We know that a secure, good quality, affordable home is the key to a successful life. We also know that London boroughs have limited resources to help everyone in need - that is why Capital Letters exists. We provide simple innovative solutions to homelessness that save London boroughs money. We are a self-sustaining, not-for-profit, service provider and landlord; our expert team works collaboratively with investors, property developers, landlords, and local authorities to make letting private homes to low-income families financially viable and financially attractive.
